My experience with Kaval was a great one. Let me start by saying that I’ve owned the car for roughly 9 years and it’s seen rain, shine and some pretty harsh winters not to mention many seasons of outdoor parking in all seasons. Ontop of that, my car is black and as such, attracts many harmful UV sun-rays.

Prior to bringing my car into Kaval it had never been detailed so I’m sure he had his hands full with all the fisheyes, swirls and years of toxic junk coating.

I remember thinking there was no way he could do anything about the nasty swirls and scratches on my trunk from when somebody decided to use it as a conveyor belt for a suitcase (with metal wheels) but to my delight he came through like a magician and made them disappear.

All I can say is I brought my car into Kaval looking like it’d been through hell and back and he returned it looking like it just rolled out of the dealership.

I was fortunate enough to find out about Kaval on an online car forum. After reading and hearing so many good things about Kaval's detail process I made an appointment.

He was very thorough, professional and took his time working on my car. He designed a special package for my needs through a special appointment and was flexible in doing so. He is a consummate professional and has invested a lot of time in doing the best work that he can on the cars he works on.

My car was in need of a thorough cleaning both inside and out. Upon speaking to Kaval, he was able to asses what kind of work would be best to get my car looking great. He was very helpful by explaining all the equipment he had and the techniques he would use. When I picked up my car that same day (which is impressive because most other places asked me to leave the vehicle overnight), all the work he said he would do was done. I could not believe he was able to bring out the deepness and colour of my car! The wax has lasted much longer than any other wax I have had put on my car at other detailing shops.

I found out about Kaval’s services through an online car forum. I was blown away by his before and after pictures. It was mind blowing that there was no bodywork or paint done to these cars - just high-quality products, patience and excellent techniques.

I actually had my 2 cars detailed by Kaval (My Mazda3 and Ford Escape). I wish I took pictures so that I can post it here but Kaval did the cars in the afternoon evening to accommodate my work schedule (which in itself speaks volumes) but by the time I went to pick up my cars it was dark outside.

For the 07 Mazda 3 Kaval did the "All in one Special" that included a clay bar, light polish and sealant. The Galaxy Gray looked amazing after he was done with, almost like it changed color a bit. And oh what a shine it has! I am very happy with it, he also did a great job cleaning the rims (wheel well and everything) and dressed the tire (after really scrubbing it down, not just covering it up with shine) perfectly.

My 05 Ford Escape needed more work so I went with the "Executive Package" that included a more thorough 1 step polish to remove years of my car sitting outside with no garage. Again, amazing job, excellent color restoration, it's a straight black but it shines so good I can comb my hair off it. Kaval even showed me what the 2 step polish does (A higher package) and the 2 step is unbelievable, I am getting this next and highly recommend this to anyone that has scratches on their car and wants a restoration of their paint to a better-than-new look. Just like my Mazda3, the tires and wheels were cleaned and dressed perfectly, I just can't get over the paint and how great it looks.

What I can tell you is that his work is top notch, we are talking attention to detail, not just some “Joe Shmo” cleaning your car.
